The piece explores the obsessive side of skate culture, that mindset of repetition, persistence, and pushing things a bit further every time. The goal was to build a visual language that feels grounded in that world while naturally bridging the identities of Skate and Nike SB. Rather than leaning into spectacle, the focus was on capturing a raw, expressive energy, something that feels close to the culture itself. Every decision, from animation to pacing, was driven by that intention. All of this comes together in a fully animated trailer for Skate 2026, produced for EA in collaboration with Nike Skateboarding.
